I want to thank you for your generosity during the Arbor Day activities in Wilmington, April 26, 2006. The volunteering of a bucket crew for pruning along Bancroft Parkway along with the other ISA arborists has saved the city of Wilmington and residents tens of thousands of dollars.

Outstanding Landscape Service!
We are thrilled with the landscaping job that your team of landscapers performed at our home in Alapocas. The landscape team transformed the front and side landscaping of our house from a common mess to a beautifully designed garden. We feel like we have a new house thanks to the great design and the care and follow through of the design by your landscapers. We go often to admire their work and enjoy looking at our house.
The crew was very professional and great to work with. We put them under a time limit, due to a party for 20 women, which had been scheduled several months ago. They got the job done, and the beautiful results were noticed and praised by all of the guests on Monday. I receive praise for our great new landscaping every time a neighbor passes by while I am either watering the new plants, and/or just admiring how wonderful our home looks.
You have a wonderful company. We have enjoyed working with the tree care crew for trimming needs, and as you have read, are thrilled with the creativity, plant knowledge, and the care and expertise of your employees in following through on the landscape creation. I am writing this note to let you know how pleased I was with the performance of your crew that recently worked at my residence.
My experience began with a visit from your salesman when he arrived to prepare an estimate for the project. He was very professional and able to communicate his experience to me without any problem. When I received his estimate I immediately asked him to put me on the schedule. His estimate was not the lowest, it was third out of five estimates, but it was offering services and experience that the other companies did not or could not offer.
When your crew arrived they began work immediately and accomplished the task without any damage to my lawn or shrubbery. I was able to speak to them very briefly when I was at home for lunch and they represented your company very well. When I returned home at the end of the day, your crew was finished and they did a very good job of cleaning up after their work was completed. This clean-up is something that many other companies do not complete and leaving debris behind takes away from the actual work that has been accomplished.
